Gorgonzola Sauce 
Serves 4-5 people
1/2 Medium yellow onion (finely diced)
1 Medium garlic clove (finely diced)
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tsp plain flour
1 1/2 Cups heavy cream
113g Gorgonzola
2-3 Small pinches nutmeg
1/3 Cup fresh parsley

Gnocchi
500g Floury potatoes
145g Italian 00 flour
1 Egg
1/4 Cup parmigiano-reggiano
Salt (good pinch)

Other ingredients
broccoli
Mushrooms (sliced)
Bacon
